ImmPro is my training company through which I offer immigration training to organisations.
There has been a rapid increase in employment-based immigration since the end of 2020. In addition, many new occupations are now capable of sponsorship, often in different roles to those which were common previously. Members of HR teams are often asked to provide support for this, but finding effective training which is quickly available can be a problem.

I train in-house teams on all aspects of immigration. Some courses this year have included:
Implementing the right-to-work requirements;
Issuing sponsorship to overseas employees;
Becoming an Authorising Officer, Key Contact or Level 1 User
Preparing for immigration compliance visits.
