Defended a civil penalty imposed by UK Visas and Immigration successfully, on the basis that the company had obtained a statutory excuse
Enabled couples seeking Spouse Visas to handle potential long delays in processing
Conducted more than thirty training engagements for companies, training providers and other institutions
