WHY I'M DIFFERENT
Immigration Solicitor and Trainer
Many can offer the above experience but, on the basis of feedback received, I think these are features of my services
Plain speaking
This may be partly due to being from Liverpool and also perhaps being a later entrant to the legal profession, but pompous legal language seriously annoys me. Immigration applications are complicated enough without that. Lawyers should provide clarity for applicants in working out what they need to do. The way that I work with my clients is as jargon-free as I can manage. If I feel an application is unlikely to succeed, I advise this straight away.

Imaginative
There often is a way to achieve the immigration result a client would like beyond the obvious, even if it requires some change to be made to the business . The sponsored worker immigration categories provide a significant degree of flexibility and the possibility of self-sponsorship. After consultation with individuals, I tend to be able to advise of more than one potential approach to achieve the necessary visa with a clear recommendation as to the steps necessary to obtain this.
Insight
Knowledge of how applications work in practice is critical in immigration advice. The law itself, plus very detailed guidance, is all publicly available, but the pitfalls of making each application are not. As an immigration advisor with 25 years experience, previous work at the Home Office and the big four professional service companies plus major law firms in the UK, feel I have good insight into the best course of action in any given situation.
